"After spending over a year doing research on homes for sale in Costa Rica using Point2Homes I contacted a Century21 Realtor in Tamarindo about a home in Nosara ,but he passed me on to another realtor in Samara which did not work for me, I had already experienced this once before on a trip to look for property there and it turned into them trying to sell me what they had listed, not what I had told them what I was looking for. Right after that, I happened to see a listing by 1st Costa Rica Realtors, Dan Talbot, listing agent.
